How does it work :
Veronayou puts you in contact with more than 30.000 properties across all italy. Your request, in terms of price/availability is ALWAYS taken care of directly by the property owner, from beginning to end.
This means that, for example,
- you pay directly at the hotel (tipically when arriving or departing)
- you always pay to the hotel (even when down payment and anticipated payments are requested, you'll get either pointer to property's bank account or payment system, the credit card will be credited by the property)
- your stay is guaranteed by the hotel's commitment (when confirming a reservation, the hotel provides details and formal availability and prices)
- every single reservation request is also taken care and directly followed by one of our operators, to guarantee that the property's request is on time and consistent, or to help you find another accommodation solutions of your taste, or to counsel you in the choice
